At St Peter’s C of E Primary Academy we use Kapow Primary’s scheme of work which aims to inspire pupils and develop their confidence to experiment with their own works of art. The scheme is designed to give every pupil the opportunity to develop their abilities, nurture their talents and interests, express their ideas and thoughts on the world, as well as learn about the art and artists across cultures and through history.

St Peter’s will use Kapow Primary’s art scheme of work to support children to meet the national curriculum end of key stage attainment targets. It has been written to fully cover the National Society for Education in Art and Design’s progression competencies.

Kapow Primary is an Artsmark partner and is able to support St Peter’s on our journey to inspire learning for life, to create, experience and participate in great arts and culture.
